Be sure to check out the blog--artists post secret sales and discounts there. It's almost like you're making money just by reading. Sort of?
Seems like I owe some lovely peeps some thank yous! Modish, Seema Shah-Nelson, and Charlotte's very own waxMama have recently featured my calendar, without me even sending bribes to them in the first place {ahem, no need to mention the chocolate gift baskets, ladies}.
In more domestic news, tonight I'm going to try my hand at making vanilla extract and rosemary salt. For all you gardeners out there with rosemary bushes that are out of control like mine are, the salt is a great way to unload the trimmings on unsuspecting friends. Well, unsuspecting if they don't read your blog or anything. (Another version: rosemary and lemon salt, endorsed by Oprah.)
