Then I started feeling somewhat guilty of the environmental impact of new sofas, so I started looking at "eco-friendly" options, which, are not wallet friendly options. Once again the desire (somewhat) subsided, since I wanted to make a well-informed choice for a long-lasting piece of furniture.
Then I found this, newly reupholstered, mid-century style dream on Craigslist. And soon it will be ours!
But just out of curiosity, anyone have a clue who the manufacturer might be?? It won't make a difference, just for my own informational purposes.

WOW! This would probably be one of my top ten sofas. I've been on the lookout forever and it's really stunning and my favorite color, charcoal grey. Good find--just found you through design sponge (i think)...glad i did.
This is an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G couch! What a deal!!! I forgot to tell you earlier that my husband loved the paintings and the sheet with the nails. We're going to frame it! So, I'm off to find some sort of shadow box. Thanks again, Renee!
