right now it's pretty ridiculous to think about *stuff* which makes it hard to say, "Go buy stuff" but if you need some things, lots of businesses are having fundraisers to go to causes in Haiti.
I won't list them here, a quick google will suffice, I'm sure.
In the meantime: slow. quality. thoughtfulness. response. intention.
all seem to be good words with which to meditate.
