The language of art is just as complex as the verbal languages spoken through out the world. As artists we create the statement, story, information to be conveyed, and throw it out into the world to be heard. Successful languages are the ones that resonate with the viewer, and the most successful artists are the ones that can be most broadly understood.
Currently the best word I can think of to describe my daily experience: Layers.
