If it weren't blatant copyright infringement, I'd copy and paste the entire Fair Use Network's site here. If you are someone who makes things (in the broadest sense of the words) this information is invaluable. Perhaps it will show you lines you are crossing, perhaps it will allow you to finally understand that you don't need to graciously feel flattered when you've been copied.
I know I'm dragging this whole thing out a bit, but sometimes we all need to reread the rules, and I'm so appreciative to have found a great source for the rules!
