He may not be trying to inflict any damage intentionally, but he will. I've done that all to a poor guy that I dated back in highschool. I had no idea what I wanted, so I ended up really hurting him and then for a few years (after he was healing and moving on) I'd end up trying to talk to him (not because I had any intention of dating him again, I had already moved on) and break open the wound again. I think even though I was happily in another relationship, I didn't want him to be. Now, I have just let him alone and he's happy and has moved in with a girl that truly cares for him.

Forget about friendship. Don't let that guy play with your heart like that, especially when you have someone as wonderful as the one you have now. Besides, who can resist a dude that is the number one freestyle handtrucking champ?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13339966.post-29642603952891601952007-08-15T19:21:00.000-04:002007-08-15T19:21:00.000-04:00Well, for me the real growth came with the real le...Well, for me the real growth came with the real letting go -- the real, honest realization that people who inflict that kind of emotional pain are the people to walk away from and never look back. It felt like real growing up for me, for what that's worth (or not). I wish you peace and joy and comfort and security in the real you, the real place where you are.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13339966.post-82025044872095476772007-08-15T16:17:00.000-04:002007-08-15T16:17:00.000-04:00there are no words i can offer. especially to a to...there are no words i can offer. especially to a total stranger. but i can let you know you're not alone.Francie Hortonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05195385883938796982noreply@blogger.com
